The 99th edition of pro cycling's grandest event kicks off tomorrow in Liege, with a 6.4 km time trial event for the Prologue. The first rider is Tom Veelers of the Argos-Shimano squad, who rolls out at 2:00 p.m. local time. Riders will follow at exact one-minute intervals thereafter until the day's final rider, defending champion, Cadel Evans. The Australian's start time is 5:17 p.m.
