Got in shape after chemo by biking
- I couldn't walk too much in the summer because of the heat but could bike due to the wind generated by biking. Ended up biking 9 hours a week just doing errands and everyday living. I ended up biking 5 hours some days. Addicting. I easy lost ten pounds to a size 8. I lost 2 sizes from a size ten. I do tend to drink my dinner which helped. I like fruit smoothies.

I lost a stone and a quarter by cycling
- Hi, Started cycling about 100 miles per week, at an average speed of around 17mph at the beginning or July. I weighed 13.25 stone (45 yrs old) and felt pretty unhealthy. Less than 3 months later I am hovering around 12 stone and feel much more lively.

Struggling to lose weight cycling
- Hi - I ride every morning before breakfast between 12 and 16 miles of challenging hills and tracks around the Pennines mountains. I burn off about 700 calories per ride, eat sensibly but still struggle to lose weight. I am 57 and 13.5 stone. Help !!
