Bike Friendly State Rankings

Here is the list of American states compiled by the League of American Bicyclists in terms of their progressiveness, friendliness and positive environment toward cyclists. All 50 states were scored on more than 70 factors, based on responses to a questionnaire covering six key areas that gauge bike-friendliness: legislation; policies and programs; infrastructure; education and encouragement; evaluation and planning; and enforcement.
