Review: Wahoo Fitness Wireless Heart Rate Sensor and Speed/Cadence Monitor for your iPhone

For measuring your general level of fitness and tracking the effectiveness of your workouts, a heart rate monitor is an effective tool. Likewise, a speed/cadence monitor (what is pedal cadence?) offers immediate feedback about your performance on the bike.

Now using wireless technology, you can also tie these devices into your iPhone, so that you can both follow a dashboard display showing performance in real time from your handlebars, and also still have the complete statistics at your fingertips to review and analyze after the fact. If that sort of thing is of interest to you, the Wahoo Fitness Fisica products are something you should check out.  We had the opportunity to review both the Wahoo Fitness Heart Rate Sensor and the Fisica Premium Speed/Cadence Monitor and put them through extensive testing. Check out our review to see if these are products are worthwhile and something that might be right for you.

Wahoo Fitness doesn’t have a phone number, so when you receive a defective product, you can not call them. When you send your product back and they don’t acknowledge receipt of it, you can’t call them. When they claim in an email that they never got it, you can’t call them with a tracking number. I should have known better than to do business with a company that won’t give you its phone number.
