If you get a Hybrid make sure it is Decent quality,do not get a Cheapy. You might need it for Touring,so Good Strength is needed for carrying your Gear.I got a Cheapy for Hacking around the City so i would not mind if it was Robbed or Damaged by Vandals. But the Screw for the Saddle broke first and then the Hub Mechanism Collapsed. The Bike Repairman said the New Parts were better Quality than the Original. So if you are going to use the Bike for Travelling get best Quality you can Afford or a very good secondhand ,dont Skimp on Quality.

This Cheapy Bike is Grand now,no problems anymore Touch Wood. But I would not like to depend on it for Touring,I would not like to be stuck somewhere with the Frame falling to Pieces or the Chain Damaged.I have Two other better Quality Bikes that I can rely on.
