Here's an article you might enjoy. Scott Cutshall of Minneapolis went from 501 pounds to 232 in under three years, thanks to a special bike that he rode a lot in every kind of weather, soup for breakfast, and a whole bunch of determination to make himself anew. Scott was so heavy that he couldn't walk more than a few steps without stopping for breath. A doctor said he would be dead in six months without stomach-reduction surgery and heavy medication. So Scott said no to both, yes to a bike and yes to life.
