Cranksgiving - Food Drive on Two Wheels

Thursday November 8, 2007

Thanksgiving is November 22nd in the U.S. this year, and that means Cranksgiving just around the corner. What is Cranksgiving you ask? Mix a food drive for a local charity with a fun bike ride or alleycat race, depending on where it takes place, and add a bit of color and mischief, and you've got Cranksgiving.

Riders get a list of items to be purchased at designated stores around town, and off they go. They buy the goods and bring them back. Past that, there aren't many rules!

Read more about Cranksgiving and where one of these charity food rides might be happening near you.
