Hurray for bikes!
May is National Bike Month and to that end, the next bunch of days is chock full of great events and actitivites designed to promote bikes and get more people out riding.
The League of American Bicyclists has put together a list of 50 ways to celebrate bike month in a PDF file. A couple for you to sample:
- Wear spandex to your next board meeting.
- Plan a vacation on your bike
- Put on a bike rodeo at your kid's school
- Ask your employer to install bike racks
As you can see, some are silly, some are serious, but all fifty suggestions are ways to celebrate cycling!
